Biography
Susanne Ofteringer was born in Bonn in 1961, studied law and film studies in Cologne, Freelance jounalist. Attended post-graduate studies at the Kunsthochschule fuer Medien Koeln (Academy of Media Arts) with a grant from the Heinrich Boell Foundation. Took her degree in 1993. Experimental short "Sans Domicile Fixe" in 1991, short documentary "Die Entscheider" 1992. "Nico-Icon" (1995) is her first (and up until now her only) feature-length film.
