Biography
Born in Istanbul in 1963, Özer Kiziltan graduated in law from Istanbul Uni versity before taking up studies at the Film and Television Academy of Mimar Sinan, where he graduated in 1994. He has made several tele - vision series. "Takva" marks his debut as a screen director.
