Biography
Born in Berlin, Germany. She received her training at Berlin's Freie Universität, in the USA and in Puerto Rico from 1963-72 and subsequently lectured at the John F.Kennedy Institute for North American Studies at the Freie Universität and at Alice Solomon University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. In 1974 she was a co-founder of the Feminist Women's Health Centre in Berlin, the first of its kind in Germany. She co-founded the Orlanda Women's Press Berlin in the same year.
