German comedian Michael Mittermeier supported this documentary about the fate of his Burmese colleague Maung Thura, better known as Zarganar, who became the victim of unfounded accusations and was sentenced to 59 years of prison under the military dictatorship. The film contrasts the different life situations of the two men and also shows Mittermeier′s relief work in Burma. Alongside director Rex Bloomstein, he tries to investigate Thura′s story, but their research is continuously hampered by the ruling regime.
