Biography

Carla Demmin, born in 2011, began appearing in television productions in 2017, including episodes of the crime series "Berlin Station" (2017) and "SOKO Leipzig" (2018). She went on to take on more substantial roles, among them the daughter of a fugitive sex offender in an episode of "Kommissarin Heller" (2019), and a leading child role in Johannes Fabrick's "Stumme Schreie" ("Silent Screams," 2019), a drama dealing with child abuse, in which she played the daughter of a psychologically fragile mother. 

Between 2019 and 2021, Demmin appeared in five installments of the film series "Die Drei von der Müllabfuhr" as the granddaughter of Uwe Ochsenknecht's central character. In the highly acclaimed "Tatort" crime drama "Parasomnia" (2020), she portrayed one of the main characters as a child. 

In the summer of 2024, Demmin was in front of the camera for the children's film "Bibi Blocksberg – Das große Hexentreffen", in which she played one of Bibi's fellow young witches. The film was released in cinemas in December 2025.
