Hardcore fan Gottschalk is smuggling pidgeons and gets drunk in the club house. Barkeeper Teddy′s wife is cheating on him with the substitute player Niebitsch. Niebitsch gets the opportunity to make a great performance but cracks under pressure. Hooligan Hubsi humiliates him and leaves him in shambles.
