Film Synopsis: With this film, Ernst Lubitsch made his mark as director of fast-paced and sophisticated comedies. The immensely rich American business man Quaker made a fortune in seafood and is widely known as the Oyster King. Now, his hot tempered daughter, the "Oyster Princess", wants to marry a European aristocrat. She comes across the penniless Prince Nuki. However though, Prince Nuki sends his butler Josef to their first meeting. The heady millionaire′s daughter presumes that Josef is the real Prince and takes the first opportunity to marry him. This precipitous marriage triggers a turbulent chain of events that eventually leads to a happy ending for all involved parties.
