Footage from the first German series of news films, the "Day in Film" format produced by Express-Film (Freiburg), showing a bobsledding race with spectators in an Austrian mountain landscape. Short "actuality films" of this type were offered by Express-Film at popular prices to domestic and foreign film distributors, who could edit together their own weekly newsreels from them.
