Summary
Crayon cases, a lace tablecloth, washing the Mercedes in the sun: in "Flachdach", breaking out of the supposed family idyll takes things quite literally to new heights. Like a rather desperate Icarus, the forgotten son clings onto the plane, only to crash down again onto the hard ground of reality. Can he still escape those innate suburban clichés?
