Summary
Advertisement for the 9th war bond. Play scene: A citizen is counting his money in his piggy bank. An old woman appears in his room and gives him a magic flask. When he pours the contents on a white sheet of paper, a cartoon image of German soldiers fighting an English tank on the Western Front appears.
