Summary

When Pigs Have Wings

Palestinian fisherman Jafaar is having trouble running his business: Instead of big fish, trash and floating refuse are clogging his fishing nets. One day, he even happens to catch a live pig that went overboard a cargo ship in rough seas. Unfortunately, Jafaar cannot put his catch of the day to good use since both Muslims and Jews consider pigs unclean animals. There is no doubt to Jafaar: he has to get rid of the hog, quickly and without attracting attention. But how to do it? All his attempts to dispose of his porky guest remain unsuccessful, until, finally, he comes up with a plan how to turn it into a real "piggy bank" that helps him bolster his business.
