Karl Alexander Seidel, born 1995, was discovered as an actor already at the age of six years old and initially played some supporting roles, mainly in TV productions like "Tatort – Stiller Tod" (2002), Roland Suso Richter"s film "Dresden" (2005), or "Eine Robbe zum Verlieben" (2006).

Furthermore, he played small but prestigious roles on the movie screen in Franka Potente"s film "Der die Tollkirsche ausgräbt" ("Digging for Belladonna", 2006) and in Bryan Singer"s film "Operation Walküre" ("Valkyrie", 2008) as the son of Hitler"s would-be assassin Stauffenberg, played by Tom Cruise. In 2009, Karl Alexander Seidel played his first leading role alongside Moritz Bleibtreu and Anke Engelke in Lars Büchel"s family film "Lippels Traum" ("Lippel"s Dream").
