Summary
Documentary about the award-winning writer Helga Schubert. The film portrays the 83-year-old author in her rural home, where she lovingly cares for her 95-year-old dependent husband Johannes Helm. Despite this, she continues to pursue her passion for writing. Whenever circumstances allow, Schubert travels as an author. The film crew accompanies her to readings, lectures and receptions, shedding light on the author's eventful past.
