Summary
Come in and Burn Out
Sascha has just started work at a call center. Like the unsociable Adrian and the single mother Marie, he is still looking for his place in life. Only Harms, the team leader, seems to have already found his place. But in his private life, his motivational concepts are failing, and he is also under a lot of pressure professionally as his department is threatened to be shut down.
