Summary
In exile in Berlin there is calm – but what has been happening in her homeland of Syria for more than a decade makes the director break up inside. The traumas and wounds of experiencing and fleeing from civil war run deep. Skilfully put together from a wide variety of fragments, the film provides a radically personal viewpoint. Uncompromising and moving at the same time.
