When her husband becomes the CEO of a cosmetics company, Sophie is assigned as an assistant to travelling saleswoman Karin. Karin sees a competitor in the younger Sophie, and fears for her job. But the bitter conflicts between the two woman cease, as they make a fateful discovery. Now they stand united against male domination, and becoming friends, the dream about working together as flight attendants.
