A group of eleven female high school students from Leipzig is on the way to the Baltic Sea for their summer vacation. While hitch-hiking on the freeway they meet a group of ten boys from Karl-Marx-Stadt who are on their way to the sea, too. When the girls steal their lift, the boys seek revenge. At the Baltic Sea, the boys immediately send the girls into a cave full of mosquitoes. But after all troubles are resolved, the boys and girls cautiously get to know each other. Stupsi, Kai, Brit and Wolf, in particular, are flirting heavily with each other – with unexpected results. Unsurprisingly, petty jealousy plays a large part in the developing relationships.
