Angel Express
Angel Express shows a metropole going through radical changes. Shrill figures in full glare. People for whom impersonal sex and tenderness aren′t contradictions, for whom violence, lust for power and friendship are the opposites in everyday life. There′s Liv, 23 years old, a girl from the street, a little tart.
Iris von Than, 30 years old, an ambitious photographer who′s
occasionally caught up in illegal deals and has been known to go beyond
her limits in her cold and calculating way. N.K., 32 years old,
outwardly, an upright, slick and unscrupulous business-man who deals in
arms on the side and is actually a policeman. Patrick, 25 years old,
Iris′ business partner, totally eccentric and insecure. Restless,
constantly searching for something or other. His motto for life:
survival through luxury. Jan C., 17 years old, plays in a band, already
seems very cool and cynical for his age, but has nevertheless managed
to preserve his childish charm. He is constantly on the hunt for the
overkill. And Robby, 7 years old, a little snotty-nosed kid, becomes
Jan C.′s shadow-like companion.
