Biography
Rudolf Steiner was born in 1942 and is a graduate of the cinematography class at the Academy for Film & Television (HFF "Konrad Wolf") in Babelsberg. He worked as a cameraman for broadcaster Sender Freies Berlin SFB from 1971-1973 and then lectured to foreign TV technical staff from 1973-1977. He has produced - and, in some cases, also directed - such feature films as "Aufwind, Unser Mann im Dschungel", "5 Bier und 1 Kaffee", "Einsteins Baby", "Conversation with the Beast" (director: Armin Mueller-Stahl), and "Cross-Eyed" (1999).
