Summary
The young miners Viêt and Nam are a couple, working side by side deep underground, surrounded by dust, darkness, and damp. Together, they set out to find Nam's father, who went missing during the war, traveling from northern to southern Vietnam. But when Nam decides to leave the country hidden in a shipping container to start a new life elsewhere, their relationship reaches a painful turning point.
