Summary
Win by Fall
Janny, Lisa, Debby and Michelle are 12-years-old when they leave home to go to a sports boarding school in Frankfurt/Oder, a boarding school in the East German tradition. They grow up with a strict program of training times, weight classes and performance pressure. As wrestlers, all four dream of a championship title, but beyond the mat each girl fights her own individual fight: Janny is trying to find her place within the group, Debby is struggling with her own expectations, Lisa is homesick, and Michelle is struggling with her weight.
