In this adaptation of the popular pulp-fiction series about the adventures of "G-Man" Jerry Cotton, special agent Jerry Cotton wants to go on vacation but has to cancel his trip when the infamous Charles gang robs a cash transport worth six million dollars. Thus, Cotton, the would-be vacationer, goes after the gang that already prepares to escape abroad. On his manhunt, Cotton gets mixed up in the cross fire of two rival gangs who both claim the money of the robbery.
