The chaotic construction crew led by foreman Horst is notoriously easy-going. If they have to deal with their stingy boss or with the body of a deceased illegal worker from Poland, they always find an unorthodox solution. Alas, when they have to put up with their new intern, snobbish architecture student Philip, the men are not very amused at first – and things get worse, when the new guy starts hitting on Horst′s beautiful daughter. But it doesn′t take long for the crew to bring Philip into shape.
