Following "Voll normaaal" and "Ballermann 6", this marks the third screen adventure of chaotic buddies Tommie and Mario. This time, they are Germany′s dumbest policemen and are facing their dismissal: But then they get one last chance to prove themselves as lawmen: They have to find billy goat Hennes, the kidnapped mascot of Cologne′s pro football team. Tommie and Mario investigate all over Germany, wrecking havoc along the way. Their search finally leads them to Munich, since they are convinced that Hennes is held captive by FC Bayern, Cologne′s opponent in the upcoming Cup Final.
