Lilly the Witch: The Dragon and the Magic Book

After the black magician Hieronymus repeatedly tried to steal her book of witchcraft, the old and kind-hearted sorceress Surulunda realizes that she needs a successor to protect her magic secrets. While looking for a talented candidate, Surulunda ends up as dragon Hektor at the house of little Lilli. But although she is more than excited when she finds the book of witchcraft that Hektor was carrying, Lilli is mainly fooling around with the magic spells: She floods the class room and conjures tails to the bottoms of her touchy classmates. Thus, Hektor is rather busy to teach Lili how to become a "real" and good sorceress who would be able to take on the black magician Hieronymus.
