Born in 1968 in Dublin, Ireland. Came to Berlin in 1988. Studied at the German Film & Television Academy Berlin (dffb) and worked as a soundman and cameraman. His graduation film "Plus Minus Null" won numerous awards. Alongside further feature and TV films, including the highly regarded "Pigs Will Fly", he acted as creative producer on Bob Rafelson’s “Erotic Tale” "Porn.com" and wrote a screenplay called "Klappe". He teaches at the dffb and the HFF München.
