First movie of the popular TV comedian Mario Barth: In the film, Barth plays Paul from Berlin who by day works in a pet shop and at night tries to refine his career as a comedian. But the problem is that Paul′s performances have yet been anything but successful. That does not change until Paul starts to tell jokes about his best friend Hotte and Hotte′s girlfriend Susi. Paul′s gags about the couple′s normal everyday life finally make his audiences laugh. Of course, Hotte and Susi are everything but enthusiastic about Paul′s new recipe for success. Thus, he has to decide what is more important to him: his career as a comedian or his friendship with Hotte.
