The Venus Trap

The young doctor Max lives in Berlin with his girlfriend Coco. Max feels himself constrained, however, by the loving care provided by the attractive Coco. After being wrongly connected on the telephone one day, he hears the voice of a stranger for a few moments on the line. Only from hearing her voice he is convinced that she is the woman of his dreams. Every night from now on he goes out searching for this unknown person. Finally, he comes across a woman called Marie in a billiard hall, who must be the woman from the telephone. As if magically attracted to one another, Max and Marie begin a passionate love affair. At a party in Max’ apartment they finally try to hook up Coco with Marie’s partner Kurt.
