The satirical comedy tells the story of a young woman who after numerous therapy sessions takes on a fake identity to become the secretary of her self-pleased therapist. After sneaking into her new job, she encourages her employer to more and more bizarre career moves. Thus, he turns the cases of his patients into more and more absurd self-help guidebooks until he discovers a model for success in a cancer patient, an estate agent addicted to therapy.
