In the 1930s, the "Kulturfilm", a usually non-fictional short preceding the feature film on a theatre bill, became a platform for Nazi propaganda. In his documentary, Hartmut Bitomsky analyses how seemingly harmless topics were used by the regime in order to subtly spread its ideology.
