Conny has a job in a hospital. But she really makes her money along with her friend Bibi in a telephone sex agency. She has a very special relationship with one of her clients whom she calls the "cold finger". The "cold finger" demands more than sex. He exploits her fantasy for his erotic performances. However, Conny doesn′t yet realise that the eccentric artist is turning the sex fairy-tales into deadly reality. The obsessions intensify from call to call. Conny thinks she has the client under control. At first, her boyfriend Gregor doesn′t realise the danger she is in, either. But then two women are found murdered.
