Ana and Nicolae, a young Romanian couple, travel from Bukarest to Vienna to earn some quick money for transferring a stolen car back to Romania. When they arrive in Vienna to learn that the car is not ready for the transfer yet, Ana wants to get back to Romania while Nicolae wants to travel further westward. But at first they are stranded in Vienna. After a fight, they initially part ways. While Nicolae meets Dana, a fun-loving 30-year old who works at a travel agency, Ana becomes acquainted with store detective Jan who is still mourning after his ex-girlfriend. Jan′s room mate Martha, on the other hand, is earning a small living as a human crash test dummy.
