Source: DIF Dani Levy Dani Levy was born in Basel on 17.11.1957. From 1980 member of Berlin’s children’s theatre “Rote Grütze”. From 1983 on actor, director’s assistant and author for TV productions. 1986 co-directed his first, prize-winning comedy "Same to you", followed by numerous awards for his films. Dani Levy is co-founder of X Filme Creative Pool, which produced "Alles auf Zucker!", which won the 2005 German Film Prize in Gold in six categories, including Best Film, Best Direction and Best Screenplay.   Source: 57.
